Getting started
How do I join a golf group?
Groups are set up and managed by an administrator — usually your group's organizer. Ask them to add you or send you an invite. Once you're in, sign in with your email and your group appears automatically.
I can't sign in or I forgot my password.
Use the reset option on the sign-in screen to set a new password. If your account was created for you by a group administrator, they can help you get in. Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it out.
Playing and scoring
How are handicaps and scores calculated?
The app works out course handicaps and results from the scores entered for each round, using your group's settings. These figures are for your group's own play — they are not an official USGA or World Handicap System index and may differ from one.
How does the money work — dues, skins and payouts?
The app records and calculates dues, entry fees, skins and payouts as a running record for your group. It does not collect, hold or move any money — members settle up directly with each other. See our Terms of Service for the details.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
Manage your notification preferences inside the app, and control push notifications for your device in its system settings.

How do I delete my account?
